Hi!

I've been in Human Resources for over 15 years. My experience ranges from global technology companies (Esri), distribution, manufacturing (Nestle), insurance, automotive, and financial services. I started my HR career at a small-family owned business, where I was able to see first hand the challenges of running a small business. 
 
As far as credentials - I graduated with a BA from Arizona State University, obtained my Senior Certified Professional certification from SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management), my California HR Employment Law Credential (SHRM), CEAS (Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist), CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) and WCPA (Workers Comp Program Administrator Cert.). 
 
I'm also currently the President of my local SHRM board in Kern County, once of the largest chapters in California am also a continuing judge for Cal State School's Annual Masters of HR Competition.
